Privacy Policy

Axle HRM (“Axle HRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Oracle Cloud HCM, Dayforce, HiBob, and Workday consulting, implementation, staff augmentation, and managed HR technology services to clients globally, including in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit axlehrm.com (the “Site”), interact with our forms (including “Book a Call”), apply for a role with us, or otherwise engage with us as a prospective or existing client, partner, or vendor.

Note on client engagement data: Where Axle HRM processes personal data (such as employee, payroll, or HR records) on behalf of a client as part of a signed consulting, implementation, or managed-services engagement, we act as a data processor / service provider on that client's instructions. That processing is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and/or Data Processing Agreement (DPA), not by this Site-facing Privacy Policy. If you are an employee of one of our clients and have questions about how your data is handled within an Oracle Cloud HCM, Dayforce, HiBob, or Workday implementation, please contact your employer (the data controller) directly.
