This website located at axlehrm.com(the “Site”) is operated by Axle HRM, a provider of Oracle Cloud HCM, Dayforce, HiBob, and Workday consulting, implementation, staff augmentation, and managed services (“Axle HRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, tools, and resources made available on it (collectively, the “Site Content”).
These Terms apply only to your use of the Site, they do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, any agreement for consulting, implementation, staff augmentation, or managed services. Any such engagement is governed exclusively by a separately negotiated and signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and/or Order Form (each, a “Services Agreement”) between Axle HRM and the client. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls with respect to the services it covers.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You represent that you are accessing the Site in a business or professional capacity, or are otherwise legally able to enter into these Terms. The Site is intended for prospective and existing clients, partners, candidates, and other business visitors seeking information about Axle HRM's services.
You agree not to:
A violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Site.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Site including descriptions of our services, industries served, case studies, client testimonials, and capability statements is accurate and current. However, the Site Content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business, technical, or procurement decision. We recommend confirming project-specific details, scope, timelines, and pricing directly with our team before making decisions, as these are only finalized in a signed Services Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any Site Content at any time without notice, and we are under no obligation to update outdated information.
In the course of engaging with Axle HRM, including through the Site's contact forms, discovery calls, or proposal discussions, you may share business, technical, or workforce-related information with us. We treat such information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:
Detailed confidentiality obligations applicable to an active engagement (including handling of HR, payroll, and employee personal data accessed during implementation or managed-services work) are set out in the applicable Services Agreement and/or a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which take precedence over this Section for that engagement.
Our collection and use of personal data submitted through the Site (for example, via contact or “Book a Call” forms) is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Where Axle HRM processes personal data on behalf of a client in connection with an Oracle Cloud HCM, Dayforce, HiBob, Workday, or related engagement (such as employee records processed during implementation, integration, or managed-services work), that processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the applicable Services Agreement, and is carried out in a manner designed to align with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we and our clients operate.
Site Content
All text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, and other material on the Site are owned by or licensed to Axle HRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in Section 1, no Site Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Trademarks
Oracle, Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dayforce, HiBob, Workday, and other third-party product and company names referenced on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. References to these marks are for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement of Axle HRM by, or any affiliation with, those companies beyond any partnership status expressly stated on the Site (for example, our status as an Oracle partner).
Axle HRM Trademarks
“Axle HRM,” the Axle HRM logo, and other names, logos, and marks used on the Site to identify our services (collectively, the “Axle HRM Marks”) are trademarks of Axle HRM, whether or not they appear with a ™ or ® symbol. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or display the Axle HRM Marks, including in advertising, publicity, press releases, case studies, or on any website or social media without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Axle HRM Marks except as expressly authorized in writing.
Engagement Deliverables
Ownership of work product, configurations, code, documentation, and other deliverables created during a client engagement is addressed in the applicable Services Agreement and is not governed by these Terms.
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or resources (including Oracle, Dayforce, HiBob, and Workday properties) that are not operated by us. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. You access any third-party site at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy practices.
Testimonials, case studies, and client logos displayed on the Site reflect the individual experiences of the named clients and are shared with their permission. Results described in any case study are specific to that client's environment, scope, and circumstances and are not a guarantee of results for any other engagement.
THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. Warranties, if any, relating to actual services performed by Axle HRM are set out exclusively in the applicable Services Agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXLE HRM, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED. Liability arising from an actual services engagement is governed exclusively by the liability provisions of the applicable Services Agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axle HRM and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
In addition to the restrictions in Section 1, you may not use the Site: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any applicable regulation or law; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party; (d) to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person; (e) to transmit unsolicited advertising or spam; or (f) to interfere with or compromise the security or proper functioning of the Site. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access for any violation of these prohibited uses.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination) will survive.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axle HRM regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Site. They do not supersede or limit any separately executed Services Agreement or NDA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and courts at Hyderabad, Telangana (the seat of Axle HRM Private Limited's registered office) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Because Axle HRM serves clients across multiple jurisdictions (including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the UAE), the governing law and dispute resolution mechanism (including any arbitration) for a specific client engagement will instead be as set out in the applicable Services Agreement.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
